1. Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • It must be in the original packaging with all accessories and manuals included.
  • The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. Refund Process

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).

4. Exchanges

5. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after 10 business days:

6. Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless otherwise instructed by our support team. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
