Estimated Delivery Times
All delivery times provided are indicative and not guaranteed. While we aim to dispatch and deliver orders promptly, we are not liable for any delays or resulting losses.
Delivery Method
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all UK deliveries will be arranged using a courier service of our choice. If you require a specific courier or method, this must be confirmed with us prior to dispatch.
Transfer of Risk
Responsibility for the goods transfers to the customer:
⦁ upon unloading at the delivery address (if delivery is arranged by us), or
⦁ once goods leave our premises (if a third-party courier is used).
Important Delivery Instructions
Upon Delivery
⦁ Please inspect all items at the point of delivery. If any goods are missing or damaged, notify the driver immediately and ensure the issue is logged on their handheld device or system.
⦁ Do not sign for goods you have not received. For example, if the courier lists three parcels but you only receive two, do not sign as if all have been delivered.
⦁ Failure to follow these steps may result in us being unable to process replacements or refunds, as couriers will not investigate deliveries marked as complete and signed for.
Reporting Issues
All delivery discrepancies — including shortages, damages, or incorrect items — must be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Claims made outside this window may be rejected.
Non-Delivery Notification
If you have not received your order within 5 days of the dispatch confirmation, you must contact us within this timeframe. Failure to do so may result in any claim for lost or delayed goods being voided.
Deliveries to Construction Sites or Shared Locations
We are not liable for goods signed for on building sites or shared premises that are later reported as missing. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure someone authorised is present at the time of delivery.

Payment Clearance
Orders will only be dispatched once full payment has been received and cleared. We reserve the right to hold or cancel orders if payment verification fails.
Order Notes
⦁ All transactions are processed in British Pounds (GBP).
⦁ Upon placing your order, you will receive an email confirmation including your Order Number and Transaction Reference.
⦁ While we make every effort to ensure accurate pricing, we are not liable for errors resulting from system glitches or manual input mistakes.
⦁ This website operates on an “invitation to treat” basis, meaning that submitting an order does not constitute a binding contract. We reserve the right to decline or cancel orders, particularly in the case of unusually large or high-value purchases.
Order Cancellations

Important Information:
⦁ Cancellation requests must be received before the order has been dispatched.
⦁ If your cancellation email is received after dispatch, the order will be treated as a return, and refunds will only be issued once the goods have been returned in resalable condition.

Changed Your Mind? Here’s What to Do
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have up to 7 days from the day you receive your order to let us know if you’d like to cancel.
To request a return:
⦁ Email us at sales@cablechannelshop.com within 14 days of delivery
⦁ Return the goods in unused, original condition within the following 14 days
Return Costs & Restocking Fees
- Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer
- Returns may be subject to a handling/restocking fee of 20%–40%, depending on the product type and condition
- Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the item was delivered incorrectly or faulty
Items That Cannot Be Returned
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accept returns for the following:
⦁ Custom-made or fabricated products
⦁ Special orders or large bulk quantities
⦁ Opened packaging or items no longer in resalable condition
⦁ Cut-to-size or modified goods
